Shipment Processing Time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method & Estimated delivery times

  • UK First Class delivery aim: next working day including Saturdays (Postage from £0.85)

  • UK Standard delivery aim: 2-3 working days including Saturdays (Postage from £0.66)

  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days (Postage from £1.70)

  • Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days (Postage from £1.70)

Shipping costs are dependant on the weight of your order and type of delivery, which will be calculated at checkout.

Orders of over £30 in total qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times may be longer than listed above if a product is made to order, or due to the time it takes to process orders and send them out. If you need your package more urgently please inform us so we can prioritise getting it out sooner and please select the 1st Class delivery option if you are in the UK.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking


Please contact us if you would like tracked shipping, but this option may cost more.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


Erin Dean Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of these possible charges before you order.
